CANCELLATION POLICY
The Vol de Nuit Club Reservation/Cancellation Policy has been designed out of consideration for event attendees and coordinators. It is intended to guarantee booking and cancellation procedures that are fair to all concerned parties and that should allow us avoid any possible inconvenience.
It is, therefore, highly recommended that you read very carefully the below reservation/cancellation policy rules:
- Cancellation made via the website, beyond the registration cutoff date, shall not be taken into account. You are kindly requested to call the coordinator to confirm or cancel your reservation, 24 to 48 hours prior to the date of the event.
- Event coordinators will attempt to send out a reminder e-mail at least a day prior to the event’s due date. HOWEVER, it is the responsibility of each attendee to keep in mind the date of their events and to show up 15 minutes in advance.
- Event attendees are required to provide event coordinators with a reachable phone number - to be used in case of delay in showing up.
